Hammerin Hank

WASSUP!!! It’s your boy and also the world’s most loveable autistic Hammerin Hank!
Be sure to check out my radio show, every Tuesday from 10am-1pm on 89.9 KCRH! I’m also the Top 40 and Classic Rock genre director for the station.

I spent fourteen years working at KYLD(WiLD 94.9) in San Francisco, where I served as a member of both The Mancow Morning Show, which was The Bay Area’s number one rated morning show in 1994 and a few years later, became a member of  the highest rated FM morning show in Bay Area radio history,  The Doghouse and stayed with the show until it was cancelled in 2005. I also hosted a weekend radio show for that station from 1997-2001 and if that’s not enough, served as a member of The WiLD 94.9 Party Crew street promotions team.

In addition to my on-air work and street promotions duties, I performed stand-up comedy at a couple of the “Doghouse Comedy Jam” events and also performed the national anthem at a “Battle Of The Big Boys” boxing event in front of thousands of people. I also have experience hosting and co-producing a music video show for the largest local cable TV operator in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I returned to Chabot College and 89.9 KCRH in August 2010 where I’m trying to gain the skills needed to hopefully return to commercial radio someday. I preveously attended Chabot from 1991-1999, where I majored in Radio and Television broadcasting. I also served as an on-air personality and Public Service Director at KCRH from January 1992-December 1993. Back then, the station was branded as HIT MIX FM 90! I attended Ohlone College in Fremont from September 2007-May 2010, where I successfully earned Fast-Track Certificates in Radio On-Air Talent and also in Radio Studio operations.
